We confirm the service, price and applicable charges before scheduling. Additional work is quoted before proceeding.
Inspect & document
We perform the agreed verifications, record results and explain any missing information or required corrections.
Complete or recheck
If corrections are needed, arrange repairs and a paid recheck. Final compliance documentation depends on passing results and complete information.

SERVICE POLICIES

These terms describe our current service offerings. Your written quote confirms the scope and charges for your specific project.
Visits, completed work & payment
On-site inspection visits and completed work are chargeable even if a system fails or a project remains incomplete. Payment for work performed is not deferred until the contractor completes repairs or the project passes. The quote identifies the work and payment schedule before authorization.
Failed tests & required corrections
We document failed items and explain the corrections or missing information needed. Pending items remain pending; they are not marked as approved. Repairs are the responsibility of the owner or contractor and are not included in testing fees.
HVAC retesting & additional systems
Each additional system on the same project is $200. HVAC retesting is $150 per system, per return visit, in either package. Only systems requiring retesting are charged. A system that fails again requires another paid retest.
Title 24 scope & retesting
Title 24 service pricing depends on the required verifications. Retesting is $150–$175, based on the required tests and confirmed before scheduling. This is a separate rate from HVAC package retesting. We work from an existing CF1R; CF1R creation and energy calculations are not included.
Permit processing & city inspection
The $150 service portion of Package 2 covers permit processing and scheduling/coordination of the final inspection. It does not include our physical attendance at the city/county final inspection. Changes or additional city fees are separate; the quote identifies applicable city charges before payment.
Changes, access & scheduling
Tell us about equipment or scope changes before your visit. Have the site accessible, required documents available and the equipment ready for the scheduled tests. Contact us promptly if the site will not be ready. Any additional work or visit charge is explained before authorization.
Completion & approval
Final compliance documentation requires passing verifications and complete project information. We do not guarantee a passing test or municipal approval. Corrections to our own documentation errors are handled without an additional correction fee.
